Jesse Franco - Managing Director
Jesse has spent 7 years working in Chengdu, China as a corporate trainer and is the Managing Director of both Milestone and Global HR. Prior to starting up Milestone, Jesse has served in US Navy for 8 years as a flight operations specialist where he shares his valuable leadership and training skills to develop others. After leaving the US Navy to pursue his international career, he worked for the US Department of Commerce as a Business Developer to assist and facilitate US export trade. Jesse holds an MBA from Webster University and currently provides training to the US government and multinational companies operating in Chengdu.

Jeremy Taylor - Senior Consultant & Corporate Trainer
Jeremy has been living in Chengdu for the last year after more than eight years of living in Sydney, Australia. Jeremy holds an M.Phil (Dist.) in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese and History. Before joining MILESTONE was most recently working for an executive search company recruiting senior staff for Australia's most prestigious universities. The experience gained from this position gave Jeremy a valuable insight into priorities for senior management and the process of building effective and winning teams.

Bradley Bowen - Senior Consultant & Corporate Trainer
Brad is a dynamic speaker, meeting facilitator and coach. He has fifteen years of extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, mentoring and team building. His passion is training leaders and teams to reach their highest potential. He has held seminars in Hong Kong, the Philippines and China as well as in several universities. Brad is highly regarded for his coaching of leaders in areas of high performance team development, vision casting, developing next generation leaders and organizational development.

Derek Seipp - Senior Consultant & Corporate Trainer
Derek has 14 years of experience in Strategic Planning and Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. He is a certified Coach with Trove, Inc. and is certified Master Consultant and Coach for Aliah, Inc, providing Strategic Planning and Decision Coaching Serviess to top executives of Fortune 500 corporations, including Boeing, IBM World Serviess, Unisys, USX, Marconi, CocaCola and Northrop Grumman, etc. Mr. Seipp has also taught strategic planning to executives in the Executive Education Center at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA and Seoul Korea. Carnegie Mellon is one of the top five executive education centers in the United States.

Huang Tao “Chad” - Corporate Trainer
Chad is a native Chengdu resident and has been living and working in the United States for over 8 years. Chad has worked in the retail and Servies industry and holds a bachelor's marketing degree from University of Texas. Prior to joining MILESTONE, he worked as an office manager for DaiShi English School where he hired, trained and managed staff in carrying out the day to day operations. Chad's extensive customer servies skills and natural teaching abilities enable him to become a valuable and dynamic trainer to Milestone's clients. He has trained Tieto, the US Foreign Agriculture Servies and Shama.

Jennifer Chen - Corporate Trainer
Jennifer Chen is a native Chengdu resident and has been living and working in Australia for over 8 years. Jennifer finished her bachelor's degree from the Sichuan foreign Language University. Jennifer has considerable international education and work experience. Jennifer completed her Master of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney, majoring in finance and accounting. After graduation Jennifer worked in both an international trading organization and a well-regarded local investment company. Jennifer's philosophy towards training is based on mutual trust and working towards common goals.
