Milestone Global Consultants is a wholly-foreign owned corporate training firm that specializes in leadership development, improving communication and building winning teams. Our training focuses on improving job performance and personal development. We have successfully worked with a variety of multinational organizations throughout China.

We are currently seeking dynamic corporate trainers, both foreigners and Chinese that are career-minded, energetic with excellent presentation and writing skills, and passionate about developing people.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s/master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years teaching, training and business experience. A training certification is a plus
• Relevant business experience in sales, IT, project/operations management and HR
• Plans to stay in China for over 5 years
• Values commitment, trust, teamwork and integrity
