Bradley Bowen Senior Consultant and Partner

Mr. Bowen is a dynamic speaker and coach. He has fifteen years of extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, mentoring and team building. His passion is training leaders and teams to reach their highest potential. He has held seminars in Hong Kong, the Philippines and China as well as in several universities. He has also appeared on radio programs.

Mr. Bowen is highly regarded for his private coaching of leaders in areas of high performance team development, vision casting, developing next generation leaders and process development.

Derek T. Seipp Senior Consultant and Partner

Mr. Seipp has 14 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Leadership Development and Coaching and Mentoring. Mr. Seipp was a Certified Master Consultant and Coach for Aliah, Inc, providing services to executives of many Fortune 500 corporations. He also taught strategic planning to executives in the Executive Education Center at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA and Seoul Korea. Carnegie Mellon is one of the top five executive education centers in the United States.

Mr. Seipp has started three businesses in China, and has consulted for Hua Wei in ShenZhen.

Jesse Franco Senior Consultant and Partner

Mr. Franco holds a masters degree in Management and Business Administration. He has consulted and trained for over 5 years at several Fortune ranked companies and other international corporations including Motorola, AIG, Alcatel, IKEA, Colgate-Palmolive and others. Mr. Franco’s passion is developing others to reach their potential in business and in life.

Mr. Franco also served as a Captain during his 8 years in the US Navy earning 9 medals and commendations. He takes his valuable experiences from building, training and motivating teams servicing both land and aircraft carrier based planes and applies the principles to issues managers and leaders face daily in business situations. Mr. Franco has also started 2 companies in China.

John Bagwell Partner, Manager of Global HR.

John first entered China in August of 2000 and has since worked for multiple multinational companies as an English trainer, as well as lecturing for several colleges and universities across China.

In August 2006 he helped open a small corporate English training company. Within 10 months, the company was realizing a significant profit. John is now a partner with wholly foreign owned Milestone Consultants and functions as General Manager. His passion in business remains the development of people, and to that end he is an experienced seminar speaker on the topics of Effective Communication, Leadership, Personal Management, and other soft skills training topics. He currently lives and works in Chengdu with his wife and two daughters.
